Rollinsford Fire Department

In the spirit of May 15th, Armed Forces Day, I salute the men and women serving our country.  I say thank you to the men and women that have gone before us in service to this country and support those serving today.  Please thank a veteran and stop to pause in reflection for those that have been injured or killed for our freedoms.

Firefighter William Carroll is back in New Hampshire.  He was to deploy with his Army Reserve unit to Iraq but a knee injury is keeping him home for now.

Rollinsford Crew Chief Glen Camire is slated to deploy with his Army National Guard unit in a few months, also to Iraq.  Glen will first deploy stateside for combat training before his year long deplyment.

Rollinsfords newest firefighter, John Rei IV, is a member of the USMC Reserves.  He recently returned from a year long tour in Iraq and will be deploying again next year to Afghanistan.

The Rollinsford Fire Department has veterans of all branches on our roster.  We are proud to recognize these members for their contributions to our country and community.
